Beauty dot com --good deal?

I got an email today for the 20% off deal at Beauty ... I need some FIL perfume and was wondering if this would be the best deal? The last time I got it from the Q. Was wondering if Phil. dot com has better deals closer to the holidays. I have never ordered from their site. TIA for any info/advice.
