Funloving,
Are you interested in the gift bag with the Algenist, Laura Geller, and Tarte? I placed two orders and received two identical bags. I would love to trade one of them with someone. Let me know if you would like to trade.

The card included with all "Beauty With Benefits" orders says:
"Remember, your purchase will help people with cancer thrive in their workplace. Keeping that in mind, please consider a special request. If the shade you ordered isn't a perfect match or you're thinking about returning your purchase for any reason, consider giving it to a friend or family member who it might work better for so your dollars can continue changing lives."
These items are donated by the companies and sold to benefit the charity. If you return it, the charity loses the 80% sale price and the company loses the product - it is essentially trashed.
I would not consider returning an item I purchased (and, yes, I've participated in each event) for those reasons alone. I knew it was for charity and I would no more ask for a refund, than I would ask for an outright donation back.
Having said that, for those of you who have no problem with doing that, yes, IMO you should absolutely return the GWP. You may not be required to, but it's the ethical thing to do. Otherwise, it just seems you are deliberately ordering to get the free gift, as some others have stated.
And, quite honestly, I fail to see what a degree (or degrees) have to do with any of this. A college education doesn't make you any more or less moral than the next person. That comes from the core of whom you are. Period.

You are suppose to send the GWP back but as someone else mentioned, I am sure there are people who are ordering with every intention to return the purchased item but keep the GWP bag. Pretty pathetic, given that part of the point of the GWP is to encourage you to purchase something during the event to support a worthy cause. But those few that do this type of thing will ruin it for everyone else, as usual, and QVC will eventually stop including the GWP.
I agree with you; people who return items and keep the GWP will ruin it for all of us in the future. Sad!!
It must be very disheartening to everyone involved in organizing this charity event, to receive returns like that. I agree - very sad.

Bag 1)BareMinerals Well Rested, CHI Smart Iron Guard Mist, Dr. Gross Age Erase Moisturizer, Dr. Denese Hydroshield, Perricone Face Finishing Moisturizer
Bag 2)Wen Pom FTC, Perricone Face Finishing Moisturizer, Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser, Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment, PTR Oilless Oil
I ordered the Laura Geller spackle and received Bag 2. I'm very pleased with it; the bag is nicely made and I was happy to be able to try the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. I also use the Wen Pom FTC. A great "bonus" for a great cause.

Really! I always try to look at this type of purchase as making a donation AND getting a gift of the actual item I bought.I agree with Venezia,I would never ask for a donation back. Lol.thats just kinda not done! So donate the amount...get the item and gift bag and samples for free! It's all for charity and isn't that a good thing!!!

Colonel Mustard-
I'm expecting another order early nxt week. Providing they (a) still include the GWP (b) it's the same as what I already have & (c) you haven't already done a trade... YOU BET I WILL!
