Re: Beauty Purchases This Week; 3/31/22

I ordered the Sephhora Sun Safety kit that just came out. I used to get it every year but haven't gotten one in the last couple of years. It came out again for $39, I believe it was 15 products to try, so I ordered one for this year. I"m looking forward to trying all of the items.

@monicakm   I'm loving the 3 minis...Westman Atelier contour stick in Bisuit is perfect. I love the blush and the highlight is used sparingly. I think if I find the correct shades, I'd like to try the foundation sticks.

Gucci Westman uses 2-3 sticks to achieve her trademark look. She uses a lighter shade under the eyes, down the area on either side of the nose and a dot above and below the lips to create light in the center of the face. The next closest shade (the one that exactly matches your complexion) is used on the rest of the face...both sparkingly. The complexion sticks are lightweight coverage, but buildable.

After a bit of working with them, I may purchase the line in all shades for professional use. The eye pods of shadows, to me, are nothing special and the other products in the line are available at a better price point.

It's outside my color story but I'm a neutral so I'm thinking (hoping) it will look good.  I usually go with pinks

I'm looking at the three minis from Westman Atelier.  $62.40 is still a lot of money for something like this especially when I'm happy with the Rare Beauty stick products.  I do want to try the line tho.

I recently purchased The Body Shop's Lemon face wash and their Vitamin C Glow Liquid peel. . I love how they make my skin feel clean and soft!
