Re: Beauty Purchases This Past Week; 4/2/26

Well.....I tried my new purchase of No Makeup Makeup.....and I'm not sure about it.  Everything I read said "less is more".   I did not use very much and I look like part of the name "No Makeup".   I'll try it again tomorrow and add more to hopefully build up more coverage.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - Wondering if you have tried your heated eyelash curler yet.  If so, what did you think?  Tried mine today and it seemed to curl my lashes fine.  Not sure it was any better than a regular eyelash curler, however, with my hooded lids it was nice not to worry about pinching my eyelids.  Since I was using it for the first time, I didn't turn it on very warm so maybe if I turned the heat up just a bit, it would curl better.

@JudyL - I did.  My eyesight without glasses isn't great, but in my magnifying mirror my lashes looked lifted and curled.  I think I still need more practice though.  Casting caution to the wind, I went in at the highest heat.  It was warm but not bad.  And yes about no pinching.

I got the Voloom hair tool that was offered at 50% off ,from one of the channels for their steals/deals and it came in 3 days too!!! Been using it like a curling iron--not just at the roots-- and WOW!! what a difference it makes !! Was not convinced ---but it really gives my scrawny, thin, hair some oomph!! I still use alot of product just to give my hair something for it to grab onto to--but that is just fine.
