Hi guys. I hope everyone is doing well. Im not weighing in yet, didnt weigh in this past Friday, that is, because I can still feel that I havent lost anything more yet. You know, how you can just tell, you can "feel" it? (The fact that youve gained/havent lost) I dont even know yet if Im giong to weigh in this week, I will be able to tell when it "feels" right though. I hope everyone is doing good with their eating and workouts. You guys keep inspiring me and I appreciate it. I still have to go back and read last weeks' posts, just been really busy studying. Check in when you can and have a great week everyone and try to stay cool! lol
