First put the rubberband around the brush handle then place the brush against the towel rod and pull the rubberband towards the back of the towel rod then up and over the end of the brush like this:

The drying rack arrived today from Amazon and I love it!  Its just what I wanted.  Already put it to use.  Glad I purchased it.
