Don't know if this is new or not, but I was checking out Laura's website and there's a couple new shades of balance and brighten

Ulta also carries the expanded shade selection.

I went to look--yes and there is a "Toffee" shade that deeply-dark ladies might like that I haven't seen sold in the TSV's. I know that the idea of keeping costs down means you limit selection, but thre are a few colors I think they should add to the choices.

I wear Medium mixed with Light. Sometimes the light is too light, sometimes I get a medium (like last time, love that TSV) but it's too dark. There isn't anything inbetween that, but for some people, SAND might be a great color.

I love BnB I have three foundations, (Bare Minerals, which I love, IT and BnB) but I wear BnB most often. It's the easiest to put on and never looks heavy.
