I bought my first Balance and Brighten a few months ago and really liked it...however, there was a prominent strip of the darker color in the compact and it never wore down like the rest of the compact. The darker strip of color was a harder texture and while the rest of the compact wore down evenly, the dark part never budged. Seemed odd to me. Has this happened to anyone? I finally threw it out. I used too much of it to return it to Ulta. I ordered the upcoming TSV and I really hope my new compact is a good one!
