Balance & Brighten that came with the Tropics kit

Hi beauties! I recently started using the LG Tropics TSV and it seems thaat no matter how lightly I swipe my brush over it the Balance & Brighten, I get lots of excesspowder that comes loose. I do not recall this being the case with previous B&Bs I have used. Anyone else experience this? Its not that big a deal, but is sometimes pretty messy.
