Bad Product!!!

I usually don't complain to much about products but this has really got me mad..I'm on AD for philosophy hope is all you need ultra hydrating set for $78.96 with no shipping which is a good price. It was a TSV way back. In this set is 4o.z hands of hope, 1.7oz. hope in a tube, and 4oz. hope in a jar which I love all these products but when I opened the jar of hope in a jar it was yellow, runny and had a really bad smell, it's disgusting. I called customer service and the lady I spoke to was very nice and is sending me a replacement at no extra charge. She even said sounds like the product is OLD! I looked at the bottom of the jar and the #s are 001111P from my thinking yes it is OLD! I guess the biggest thing that bugs me with all of this is the fact that Philosophy would send out OLD products. Really do they think we are so dumb we don't notice and the inconvenience of it all to boot! I do have a Ultra and I think I would rather pay a little more for these products and know they are fresh than to trust the Q!!! just saying....
