So after the girl who did a beautiful job on my hair color took off on me about 6 to 8 months ago I finally found a girl who did an ok job, nothing too spectacular and it is somewhat affordable. I recently had my hair trimmed by a salon closer to my home so over the weekend decided to have her put some color on it. Well i just asked for a brown with like 3-4 highlights. I don't know what she did, but boy was that a bad day. She said I had hot roots? Which she also mentioned she did to someone last week! All I know is my roots looked like a neon color so she added toner to them, and it's bearable but my hair is now like 3 colors and you can barely see where the 2 or 3 highlights stop and start. i have never had such a bad hair dye job in my life, I can even do way better. So after seeing she could barely even know how to blow dry my hair, I said look I've been here 3 hours, I have to go, I'll shower and blow dry at home. Now I have to go get my hair evened out (and I HAD gorgeous hair!) on tuesday night, so I called the salon and requested a full refund. Went back and they gave me my money back including tip. I have never requested $ back ever for my hair. My husband even said oh it looks ok, just don't go back. Well I am done with people ruining my hair! SOOO mad, my stomach hurt all day and I could barely eat it was so upsetting. My hair is long, below my shoulders so now I will get a conditioning treatment on top of fixing the color! What are people learning in beauty school? never heard of hot roots in my life, never mind ever had anyone do that to me. She oughta be ashamed of herself.
