Backordered Hydrating Collection - think it will ship?

Has anyone had any experience with backordered Wen items? I purchased A7457 - Hydrating 3 piece Collection (Fig CC, oil and SAM SC) and am really excited to get it, but now it’s showing a status of Backordered. I called C S but wasn’t able to get much information about when/if the products will ship. I’m getting nervous – need to know what my chances are of receiving the items so I know what TSVs to order. Thanks in advance for sharing.

it has been my experience, with wen, that every backordered eventually ships. sometimes I've had to wait, but I have always got my wen.
