I ordered this item (5 Eyeshadow sticks) because I loved the lilac and champagne colors especially. After I placed my order (and they accepted it) I received an email saying the item was not available at this time. When I spoke with CS I was told the vendor promised a certain amount of product and that is what QVC sold but that the vendor didn't deliver what they promised. Did anyone else have this happen? I am not sure if I'm more upset with QVC or Mally's company.

sorry you were disappointed
I had to wait on some of my mally AD that were not provided in time for scheduled shipments, and ended up cancelling.
