Back order on tsv

On the last TSV Chaz had, the AD was supposed to ship out today (July 9th). I got an e-mail this morning telling me it was on backorder because they were having problems obtaining stock they needed from the vendor. They also said if they can't get the stock from the vendor they will send me an e-mail cancelling my order. How can they do that? That is not fair that I ordered the TSV on AD and they can't deliver. Anyone else get that e-mail this morning? I have others of the same TSV but they are dated for the 18th and the 20th to be sent out. Do you think the orders will be fulfilled?
