It's OK to go all grey if someone wants to and then change their mind...stay all grey, dye it all over or alter the color in some way. Personal choice always.
I agree. I stopped coloring when I was 50. My hair color is very similar to the picture you posted with a little more silver.
I colored and cut my daughter's hair yesterday and my youngest son colors his hair. His hair color is like Alberti, but he isn't ready to go natural yet.
I stopped coloring because my hair grows fast. In three weeks, my gray was grown out an inch already. It was difficult to keep up with it.
