I have posted this several times.  Believe me, ladies, the winner is "Go Smile."  I started using it 2 1/2 years ago, twice a day, everyday.  You put your own toothpaste (I use Crest 3D White Luxe) and their gel on the sonic toothbrush.  You brush for 2 whole minutes, which doesn't sound like much.  But I am sure I once brushed for 30 seconds or less!   Trust me, complete strangers stop me to ask how I get my teeth so white.  QVC doesn't sell it anymore, but you can buy the brush and whitening gel at Ulta.  I buy my extra brushes online.  I would love to hear how anyone else has found success with "Go Smile."

@vandyfan  Does this work with NON-sonic toothbrushes? I can't use them due to it causes pain (TMJ). TIA.

My dentist told me that most of the yellowing on your teeth as you get older is caused by the thinning of the enamel. He said the material under the enamel starts to show thru and looks yellow. Once this happens the only way to have white teeth again is to get veneers.So , depending on your age,and your genes as various nationalities tend more toward yellow teeth, it may not be possible to bleach your teeth white. 

It is scary to me that I could damage the enamel trying to get my teeth white.

I don't know if there are any still on the market but if there are, be careful of any toothpaste that has those microbeads.  My sister was using Crest 3D White and the beads ended up stuck up into her gums. The dentist found them when she went for a check-up. 

I've never used anything other than those whitening pens or white strips of some kind.  I've never stuck with them long enough to see a difference.  I cannot imagine those pens work.  It would seem the product would come off the teeth in a short amount of time, too short for them to work.

I use the pens with my custom trays so the gel remains undisturbed until I take them out. The Intelliwhite pens come with a mouth guard but I just can't wear it...I drool too much.
