BEST HAIRCOLOR BRAND ?

So, I have been posting about coloring my gray, 10 minute haircolor opinions, and now I wonder if anyone here has any experience with specific haircolor brands for covering gray - a LOT of gray - preferrably a no- ammonia brand that may not bother a sensitive scalp and cause me to gag with the smell. Tall order, I know. I want to go out and buy something tonite while I am in the mood to do this. Any ideas will be appreciated!
