BEAUTY IQ STARTED WITH A BANG BUT....

I enjoyed the first few weeks of BEAUTY IQ. There were a lot of makeovers, demos by vendors, etc. Now it seems like the channel is no different than Tuesday Night Beauty or Friday Night Beauty. The same products are repeated too often...no variety. Elise needs to go, not a seasoned host..plucked from Q after very short time. Alberti shines as always. He could host the show alone!!!!

I am still enjoying it. I only watch it once a week so perhaps that's why. I am not a fan of Friday Night Beauty so this show has taken it's place for me. I find Alberti absolutely hysterical and Elyse has grown on me.  I enjoy the live tutorials, the interactions with the viewers during the show and the models being able to speak with their tips as well.

i miss Alberti on the regular programming.  His talents have never been utilized well by the programmers.  Seems like he is buried on the new channel.  I do not think it will last.  Not a fan of Elyse, so I do not miss her.

I have to hit it when they are live else, it's boring and ALWAYS the same thing over and over and OVER again. Thing is, why? QVC offers a nice selection of products but you never see the majority on air...just same old same old.

Once again, QVCUK, however, shows a wide selection. So again, why doesn't QVCUSA?

I watched this once for about 15 minutes and knew right away it was not for me.  Never turned it on again.  The hosts were poorly chosen IMHO and they did nothing that was of interest to me.

I have seen this once so far. I forget it's there . . .
Do the math.

I couldn't agree more!  Alberti is charming, someone you'd love to have as a friend.  He could and should, carry this programming solo.  The demos were informative and entertaining.  Did you see the male blogger? Love Jillian!

Elise was a very poor choice for co- host.  The Uhmms, "eau day perfume" s, the self absorption, the cutesy act, and too much high shine destroy any credibility, lessen appeal.  But who could they have chosen in her stead? The problem with the reruns is that the same hosts who make Friday Night and Tuesday Night Beauty unbearable are featured over and over and over again.

the same approach that is turning viewers away from QVC are killing BeautyIQ IMO.

I never found the channel.  Is this on Dish TV?  If so, what channel?  Thanks!

Re: BEAUTY IQ STARTED WITH A BANG BUT....

I like Alberti but his talents are hidden on Beauty IQ. He's taken the "silly" road. The combination of him and Elise is not good. The Q, QVC Plus and now Beauty IQ are just the same: repeats and repeats of the same old things.
