I'm really disappointed. My BE order (from the recent sale day at .com) arrived today, and it was missing the Moxie set I ordered, but I was charged for it.
On the positive side, BE customer service was great. They credited my account and apologized a lot. Also, if I'm being honest, I didn't really need the kit, just wanted it. On the negative side, since it's a discontinued item, they can't send another.
Has this happened to anyone else?
