I ordered the BE TSV on auto-delivery. If I need a different color of foundation in future than I ordered today, can I change/edit that on the two future shipments? If so, how would I do that?

Usually you can, when the item uses the same item number for all the options (as opposed to a separate one for each color.) Most of the time you can edit that online. Go into your Order Status and choose to view by Auto Delivery Plans. That will list any plan you're a part of. Choose "View/Edit my Plan" to the right. Once the next screen loads, select the shipment you want to adjust, and choose "Edit." A little window will pop up with various options to edit, usually including the color. Make your change there and save and you're good to go. If you don't see any of the options as described, call CS. They should be able to hook you up.

One time I needed to change color on a foundation auto delivery and I called customer service.

Haleypie is correct. As long as the item no. is the same, you can edit the color under Order Status. I've done this several times with makeup color and fragrance. You have to do it for each individual AD item though; it won't change all of them at once.

Also, if the color you want isn't available when you first check, go back again closer to the time of the AD shipment. That's happened to me a lot with BE foundation choices.
