My auto-delivery never arrived. When I tracked the status it never moved from "Billing Information Received." When I emailed CS two days after the EDD, they told me I had to wait 13 days to see if it would arrive. Today was day 13. When I emailed them today, my response was ... sorry it's no longer available for shipment.
I don't know whether to be sad or mad.
