BE Night Treatment Active Soil Complex question

Has anybody used the Night Treatment Active Soil Complex for dry red patches (eczema?) on face and had any luck with it helping? I know it helps with cell turnover, but am wondering if it would help with this current problem I am experiencing? I have had great skin, but lately I've had breakouts and now these dry red patches around nose and mouth. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
