Good Morning Ladies,

Well, there was no over-sleeping for me today. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. with all the windows open and it was freezing in here! I only had a sheet covering me and that was not doing it. I had to get up and close up the house and re-do the bed. Of course that had me wide awake and pining for a cup of hot coffee. Bundled in my winter bathrobe and fuzzy slippers, I waddled into the kitchen to make myself some. It was 50* in here. Now the sun is up and it's supposed to be a nice day. The County 4H Fair is in full swing and I'm sure all the campers, kids, and critters are happy that it's no longer hot and humid. I always feel sorry for the poor animals. The Fair means only one thing to me - Corn Dogs!! Mmmm! Some people crave those Elephant Ears or Italian Sausage on a homemade bun (or deep-fried Snickers) but I'll take a Corn Dog any day.

Well, as you know, Miss V made it home in one piece. But much to her dismay, the construction on her DD's bedroom had not even begun - bummer! Her poor daughter was so disappointed, and V was ticked off!! (who wouldn't be?) She will be gone again for a few days so I'll be sitting in for her - hope you guys can stand it. I should be sitting on the BEhab bus for it's 300th celebration today (and throughout the shows on Saturday) but don't count on it. Congratulations GG for keeping it going strong for 300 DAYS, wow! Great job!

I've got to feed my hungry barncats, Lola, and myself. Hope you all have a great Wednesday. Love and get well wishes to Fluffy and all our girls in need of our prayers.
