BB Cream or Normal Foundation?

With all the craze of BB creams right now, do you prefer BB creams or your regular foundation? Or do you just prefer BB creams on the weekends?

And I just read on a blog site that CC creams are supposed to be the next "big thing". They are supposed to be better than BB creams.
