BB... CC... Layering... Help!

I'm so curious about the It Cosmetics CC cream and have enjoyed both Bambi & Diane Mary's videos about this.

While thinking about CC creams, I wondered if you need a primer if you're using a BB or CC cream. Also, I have always put my primers on over my moisturizer. I've noticed in some videos people putting the primer on first. Which way is correct?
