Do any of you QVC beauties use Azelaic Acid in your routine? If so, have you seen any results? If so, what are they?
I've used both Paula's Choice Azelaic Acid and most recently Naturium's, but I don't see any improvements that Azelaic Acid is supposed to provide. I would like to think it's because I already use other effective products that provide the results Azelaic Acid is supposed to provide, i.e., skin brightening (I already use Vitamin C), unclog pores (don't have clogged pores) & refine skin texture (I already exfoliate).
I think when I run out of my current bottle, I'm removing this item from my skincare routine.
I'd still love to hear from y'all!

@SurferWife In my opinion, it sounds like your routine is working well without another acid serum. Save some time and money and delete it.

Since my skin can tolerate AHAs, et.al. well, I have never reached for azeleic acid. Some products may group azeleic in other acid formulations. I don't think mine ever did.
Dr. Axe has a good explanation of skin benefits and skin types/conditions it may help:

Azelaic acid is really good for acne-prone skin. It has exceptional antibacterial properties plus it has the ability to lighten post-acne hyperpigmentation. It is not, however, effective at lightening hyperpigmentation from sun damage.

@SurferWife It's so funny that you posted about this, this morning. I use the Naturium Azelaic Acid and as I was putting it on this morning thought that I really didn't need it. Have been using it for a while but as you said, once done with this bottle think I will stop using it. Nothing wrong with the product its just an added step that I don't think I need.

@SurferWife, I use azelaic acid very successfully to treat my mild rosacea, meaning it eliminates redness in my cheeks. In fact, it's the only treatment (OTC or prescription) that's ever worked.

I have Paula's , but i want to try Isomers because it is just under prescription strengh , but i feel $50 for 1 ounce is is too steep.

That's my plan after I finish up the bottle I'm using. In reading reviews from users who rave about it, they have skin conditions I don't have. I guess that should have been my first clue...LOL!

Thanks for that explanation. I've never had acne problems, so that explains why I don't see any improvements...LOL!

I tossed my Azelaic Acid. I had used most of it already & sine my skin doesn't need it that is one product I can remove from my line-up. Whew! What will I do with all that extra time...LOL!
