My skin just loves that body balm. This balm sinks into my skin and feels wonderful. I wasn't expecting to like it so much, but it really works on me.

@Jk9 - can you describe the scent?

@Chi-town girl I'm not real good at describing but here goes: It is a fairly light but noticeable scent that is "powdery rose". It reminds me of what Estée Lauder loose face powder smelled like. Not vanilla laden, not white flowers and not crisp or lemony. It dries down to a faint pleasant and calm scent on my skin. Not as strong as the Tweak'd rescue creams. Not spicy.

The before and after photos- twice a day for thirty days and I see virtually no difference.
This is why I stopped spending money on expensive skin care.

I don't know what the arm pics has to do with the balm but I WILL say this:
if you have dry skin....I mean so dry it's cracked, it burns, it hurts kind of dry skin then you should try this product. I don't know if it's the salt or the minerals or the bleach that is added to our water but since we don't have a water filter, the skin on my legs and feet have become horrifically dry. Doctor has prescribed creams....didn't work. Body lotion/cream and socks; ok but nothing great. Crisco worked but was too greasy with sandals. I purchased this last year when it was the TS and I'm telling you....it's a miracle worker. Anywhere that dry skin is a serious concern, I apply this. My DH uses it on sites that had surgery and the skin is dry and itchy; this calms it and keeps it hydrated. My sons use it; one gave a GF a jar and she LOVES it. I've sent it to friends as gifts.
I don't know about any OTHER claims Lancome is making but for severely dry skin, it's a must.
