Aveda has free shipping yesterday and today. I ordered a regular size Rosemary Mint shampoo. I was not eligible for samples because I did not spend over $35 (don't remember the exact amount). I thought it was so petty not to give samples on any order so I sent them an email. I told them that for such a large organization, samples should be given with every order. I received a reply and I was given a list of samples to choose from (2) and they will be mailing them out to me and said that my email was forwarded to the appropriate dept. I purchase quite a few Aveda products online and in their store and recommend them constantly. I sincerely hope they review their current policy of giving samples with a purchase. I was happy that they did offer the samples to me.
