Avalon Organic Shampoo

Somebody on this beauty board recommended Avalon Organic Thickening Shampoo, Biotin B complex and the Avalon Organic thickening conditioner. I have white/gray hair and it is short and thin, no body. I bought this combination from Amazon and I am truly amazed at the thickness of my hair. No, I am truly shocked. My hair looks and feels 100 times thicker. I have been taking Biotin for hair and nails for 9 months. My nails have gotten much better but didn't notice any difference in my hair. I think the total for this was around $12. The bottles are big and will last a long time. Thank you, whoever you are for this suggestion. I always find excellent recommendations on this board.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
