I am currently on the auto plan for the 32 ounce 613. However, I have been extending and skipping shipments because I purchased the 613 gallon in September 2013 on auto delivery. I've been afraid to cancel the 32 ounce a/d completely because I don't know if the 613 gallons will be offered on a regular basis.

How does the a/d work if you continue to extend/skip shipments? Will QVC eventually cancel your a/d if you do it to often?

Re: Auto Delivery Plans - 613

This is probably a good question for customer service to handle. For me, I was on the same A/D and ended up canceling because I had a surplus built up and the most recent TSV A/D includes 613 so I'll be set for a long time.

Re: Auto Delivery Plans - 613

My first Wen purchase was the December 2010 TSV:

Dec 2010 - 5 CCs (16 oz. each of SAM, TT, LAV, FIG, *POM*) - $75

If you chose the A-D option, you could receive a new shipment every six months. At that time, QVC still had open ended TSV A-D plans, so my A-D plan is still in effect. That said, the only shipment I have ever chosen to receive was the first shipment. Every few months I review my A-D plans. I modify some to "skip" the next shipment if I don't feel I need more of a given product. So I've probably skipped this particular A-D plan about six times in a row without any problems with QVC.

That said, I suspect it's important to make sure you officially skip these A-D shipments in advance. Because, if you forget and then have to return A-D shipments to QVC, they will probably cancel your A-D plans if this happens twice in a row for the same A-D plan.

Re: Auto Delivery Plans - 613

It is my experience that the Q will cancel your AD if you don't take at least one delivery per year.

I had this happen to me with Philosophy products. I noticed the AD had been canceled and when I called customer service told me it was because I hadn't received a shipment in over a year. By the time I noticed it, it was too late to re-instate.

I have also had an AD canceled because I returned an item. I had this happen with both an AD from Laura Geller and BE. Each delivery had different colors in it, and I didn't like the second (or third) set. When I returned it, I received an email that my plan had been cancelled. In one case I didn't care, in the other I was able to get it re-instated.

I have also, unfortunately, had a problem where it was a multi product kit (Philosophy) and they stopped making one of the products. The item they substituted I did not like, so I canceled - this was back when AD's were forever. I think this is why most AD's are now limited to 1 or 2 years. It gives the manufacturer the option to change or stop making a product.

Thank you ladies for the feedback. I just may cancel. I'm sure they will offer the 32 ounce on A/D again if I ever needed it. The gallons are a better deal for me right now.

Michele, wow, I can't believe we've had such different experiences. That said, most of my A-D plans are for Wen, so maybe it has something to do with the vendor.
