What do you take to work for lunch and/or breakfast. I usually bring a piece of toast w/jelly to have with my tea first thing. Not a good low-carb choice. I bring breakfast because I don't like to eat at home - it's too early.
I want to go back to my South Beach Diet ways, but I find it hard when it comes to lunch at work. It's really easy to make a sandwich (I've cut back to one slice of whole wheat or other high fiber bread).
I welcome any ideas from you!
