I just used up a large 4 oz. bottle of argan oil, and have decided I am over this trend. I have found other oils and products that are far more moisturizing for my dry skin.

Argan oil has never worked as a good moisturizer for me. It is, however, a fantastic makeup remover...especially for wp mascara.Smiley Wink

I can't imagine anyone buying and using Argan oil if they knew, and saw, how it is harvested. Sunday morning news show went to Morraco and showed the goats in the trees eating the Argan seeds. Then the seeds are gather from their extrament and woman then get it ready to be used in oils  etc. . Disgusting to me and many others. Ugh!

I discovered argan oil here on QVC. I don't watch the shows, but I did start with JM Pure Argan Oil. I have very difficult skin. It is oily, easily dehydrated & breaks out from too many products/ingredients to list. At 54 I can't use products that claim to be anti aging, as they all seem to break me out. I don't find the pure argan oil to actually moisturize my skin, but it is very soothing & I layer it over the Argan Milk. The Argan Milk is enough of a light moisture that I don't normally need anything more. It's too much for my oily skin for day, but perfect for night. I have tried less expensive argan oils & some of them have made me break out. Shea Terra Oranics (strong smell) & Acure brands are okay & I use them as makeup remover. I only use JM to leave on my skin. I like the products. They work for my skin. I don't care about her stories or her hair, as long as I get the results that I want. So, if you use a Walmart brand & it works for you, that is wonderful. I have to use what works for me & I am glad that it is available.
