Are your brush(es) loosing bristles?

Purchased the small & the med. set about 2 weeks ago. I`m finding little bristles on the floor & in the bathroom sink. Is anyone else having this problem? Have a med. round 1 from Chaz Dean`s web site for a year or so and have not had any issues with that one. Should I call the salon first?
