Just be sure you get Certified Organic. Its easy to find! Every grocery store carries it now.
I used to order mine from an Ebay store before it became easy to find. Arrived in two days, with free shipping.

The main difference (for health benefits) is refined or unrefined. If you are going to use on your hair, etc, that is a different story. For skin, due to the size of the molecule the benefits are not as note-worthy as other oils.
