Are You Over 50, Wore contacts, Had LASIK Surgery?

My eyes are giving me fits. I wear mono contacts. My eyes hurt. Can't see anymore. If you have had this surgery, please tell me how it was.

Did you have the newest technology, Wavefront, or the conventional or optimized?

Wavefront sounds awesome. Please post your experience. I am scared of any of them, but tired of not seeing.

Is it mostly for younger people?
