I have natural medium blonde hair that loses the sunlit highlights in the 'dark' months. I recently cut my hair and am thinking I want to 'boost' the area around my face. I want to use Frost and Glow, which I have done in the past, but only during summertime. I really want to do it now....but I'm wondering if it will look strange being it's not at all summer-like here. I'm thinking of leaving it on for the full time because I want it very light. What is your opinion? I don't even notice if anyone does this in the winter or not - I'm just afraid to look too Malibu (even though I am not tan, by any means). Whatcha think? Smart or Not?
