Thanks DogLvr for the reply on the BB info. I cannot access the online Insider anymore even though I used to be able to in the past and I get the monthly Insider. I hope if it is the TSV it's a good one because I'm interested. I like the 4oz size of Argan Oil Moisturizer but I have enough of the other regular Argan oil. I will wait and see and I'm anxious to get my Insider at home.

I was just on with customer service regarding the Insider Magazine. I had a subscription at one time and wondered how I could renew this. She said it is no longer sent out but that QIN replaced it. I don't see any information regarding TSV's in the QIN. Is the same thing? How are you accessing the Insider online? I am totally confused. Customer Service never answered my question regarding the TSV access.

Do you still get the magazine? I was just told they don't sent it out anymore. I used to get it but don't now. I was able to access it online but can't now. How are some people able to still get this online? Thanks!!

They told me the exact same thing. Then when I said that wasn't true because I still receive a paper copy of InsideQ each month, the CS person said. "Well I don't know anything about that". She took my contact information and was supposed to get back to me. That was before the holidays. QIn and InsideQ are not the same thing. Too bad that QVC doesn't seem to know that.

I still get the insider mag in the mail and access the online through the internet. I don't know how long this will stay up but go to the internet and type in QVC insider magazine link in the search bar and look for an old link below like qvc insider link Sept 2011. That will take you to an old thread that has an old link on it. Click on that and it will bring up the old magazine. Click on archives and it will show all. Double click on April and it takes you right to it. This may only work if you had the insider online before.

I had the same problem with the online magazine. Finally, I asked for a supervisor and then their supervisor. I was eventually told that I would get my HARDCOPY starting in April (now this was early FEB so I don't know why it was going to take so long, but whatever).

This morning, miraculously, I received an email about QVC Insider and the link to the April issue with the archive, etc. I guess SOMEONE got their stuff together finally.

Ask the CS Rep to find the email that was sent out on 3/14 to Insider customers. They should be able to find it and send it to you.

Inside Q as we used to know it is still going for a select few. The link to the online magazine and part of the website they can access is hidden to all but members.

Not sure why, but when I went to renew my subscription last year, it was no longer available, yet I have several friends that were able to renew, and still can. While I'm happy they still get it, I think it's pretty stinky that it's not available to all.

I tried again with online customer service and she told me that all the information she had - which was basically nothing. She said the QIN- same as the first customer service person. I said who can I speak to or email, she said the webmaster. It is like a big secret- one they don't want to divulge I guess.
