Anyone put their eyeshadow on first??

I was watching a presentation from one of the vendors and cant remember which one now but she said she always does the eyes first before anything else. I have always done mine last but was thinking of trying this because sometimes my eyeshadow will fall onto my under eyes and I have reapply concealer. Does anyone do this and if so how does it work for you?
