I placed an order on whatI thought was SKINN website on 6/4,  they immediately charged my credit card but it has not shipped and they are not responding to messages.

My question is has anyone had this experience with them?  Are they just a little slow?

I am afraid I somehow went to a scam website and am thinking of refusing the charge.  

Going to look for a telephone number today since they haven't respondd]ed to the contact us which is definitely on the legit website.

I will wait for the products no problem, but worried they charged me 8 days ago and haven't shipped yet and aren't responding so maybe somehow went to a scam site.

@Robertak - Did you order from skinn dot com ?  That's a legit site.  I've ordered from them before and no problem. I don't recall how fast the shipping was but I did receive my order.

I've ordered from SKINN's official website a few times and have experienced no problems and, if I remember correctly, the shipping was fairly quick.  I've also emailed their Customer Service a few times and have received not only a quick response but excellent Customer Service.  Never did find a Customer Service phone number.

UPDATE Skinn contacted me, they said something happened and they are replacing it.  I'm just happy they have the order!

I did what I tell everyone not to do - I clicked on a Facebook ad.  Thankfully it was their ad but I will never do that again!

I have ordered directly from their website with no problems.
