Anyone here ever try the Epilady??

If so, does it hurt when you take facial hairs off above your lip?

I purchased one about 10 yrs ago and it did hurt, but I wonder if some how they improved it because I can't believe how I see people take their arm hair off on TV w/o even sinching.
