i've been wanting to do this for a long time and am going to start it mid February...cayenne pepper, lemon juice, grade b maple syrup and water. I'm going on it for ten days and am excited to reap the rewards!! I'm doing it more for the cleansing and don't care much about the weight loss as I know that would come right back as soon as I start eating again but I believe in this so much because I did one under doctors orders (just broth and jello) a few years ago due to a stomach flare up for twelve days and after seven days I thought I was in heaven I felt SO good!!! I have a long, long issue with my stomach and sensitivity,etc..which I have finally gotten under control strictly by nutrition and no pills but this is gonna ramp it up and I'm so excited. Anyone else tried it or want to do it???
