Anyone Else Get An Empty QVC Package?

I ordered a ring. The outside envelope had extra taping on it. I opened it and the box had an empty pouch in it! I felt around the envelope in case the ring fell out -- nope! I called Customer Service and they are sending out another one. Anyone else have this happen?

I wonder who is enjoying my size 5 ring???{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
