I love her eyeshadow crayon thingies.

Last week I ordered a new shade (Kiss from a Rose). It came in a gold tube rather than the regular tube.  I received it a few days ago.  I was really hesitant to order it because I thought it would be too much pink.  I didn't want to look like Malibu Barbie.  But it is the most gorgeous shade.  I absolutely love it.

 I checked Macy's to order a backup and they're sold out so I ordered another one from her site.

Anyway, if you're a fan of her Caviar eyeshadows, I highly recommend this shade.

Does it have a shimmer or pearlized look, as the name sounds? I have used these sticks for years, Au Natural, a matte is my favorite.

@HB glamma - it seems pretty matte to me.  No shimmer I don't think.  I wear it on the lid and the use Rosegold under the brow bone.

@gidgetgh I love the LM Caviar Sticks! I have or have had most of the shades she makes.

I don't have any of the new ones, yet. I am trying to hold out. I have so many shades in LM & other brands.

These do look beautiful, though.

@gidgetgh   Don;t forget Nordstrom (free shpg.) and they carry Bobbi Brown.  They have anice selection of BB products.  I have a couple of her eyeshadow sticks.

@Katcat1 - thanks. I had checked Nordstrom online but they didn't have this color.  Since I was a new customer on Laura Mercier site, I got 15% and also qualified for free 2 day shipping. I was good with all that.

@gidgetgh   The rose shades are a limited edition collection. When sold out, probably no longer available. Did you check Ulta, Amazon and Sephora?

@gidgetgh I was looking at this collection today and they look very nice. Can you tell me  if the Rosegold color would work as a base color on the eyelid? I need something light to open up my small eyes. I really like the Kiss from a Rose color also.

@scullychick - Kiss from a Rose is my favorite from the limited edition collection.  I'm actually wearing it today, along with Rosegold.  Rosegold is pretty light.  I wear it under my brow bone.  

I would think you'd be able to use Rosegold as a base color.  Rosegold is a favorite of mine.
