Just got back from Ulta. I had a 20% off coupon that I couldn't use on anything. Seems Jonathan Silky Dirt is considered a "hair artistry brand". And Smashbox is considered "prestige skincare". Who knew? And how does one know? This is ridiculous. They have so many exlusions unless you want to buy Ulta brand cr*p. I always thought Belk was bad, but at least I know what is actually excluded on their coupons.
Oh, I so wish we could get a Sephora here. Not happening. Not big enough. Sigh.
