Hello, Nikalette.
Nick Chavez doesn't test on animals, either.

I too belong to many animal and environmental advocate groups and forums, and I'm vegan, and I'm just replying to say BRAVO ladies! There was a time a few years back, that whenever I would question or speak up against animal testing on these boards, that I would get royally slammed for my opinion! I'm just so thrilled that more people are becoming conscientious of the terrible things being done for the sake of beauty. I do use Isomers, and have no qualms, as I have found them to be very open for any discussion. I believe they are even in the process of removing the lab created micro spheres from their scrubs, as it's been found that they are (not just Isomers') actually polluting our beautiful Great Lakes. I questioned them about it last year, and received an immediate reply from Darius the next day. I also hate that animals are still being tested on for medical reasons, but if it does indeed lead to a cure for an incurable human disease, my heart is torn. Actually, my older brother is a highly respected biochemist who has to use mice in his experimentation for a cure forAlzheimers. We come to odds many times, but I try to be open minded for such a noble pursuit. Again, thank you ladies (and gents if any here) for being such wonderful advocates and teachers!

I know that alone feeling also.
What really gets to me is that SO many convos about animal testing devolve into someone saying "Well, do you eat meat?" While relevant in a tangential way, it really isn't the point.

@bebe777 Thanks for posting!
I was just a bit curious and had not checked these sites in a while, as I've not bought any new brands! You know I'm a bit picky!

Those against animal testing are you also vegetarians. Truthfully if you still eat meat or even wear wool you support animal cruelity.
I am trying to be a vegetarian. Since I am not a cook it will be a while before i can master this but I managed to reduce my meat consumption more that 50% and I am getting better at it as I lern more about non-meat meal options
