Andrew Lessman question

Good morning! I am currently taking GNC's womens ultra mega vitamins for my every day multivitamin. Hubby takes the mens version. Which supplement by AL is comparable to an every day multivitamin that hubby & I could both take?

Also.... how long does it take to notice the effect of a supplement? About a week ago I started taking his womens wellness in hopes of easing these nasty hot flashes.
So far, the hot flashes are still annoying as can be!
