@Chi-town girl @SilleeMee @Tinkrbl44 + all

Thanks for the heads up!

I always watch Andrew, if only for the deep education when he presents a product even if I already have it.

These days, I am becoming more aware of Supplement Overlap.

I am now taking Lessman's

Ultimate Friendly Flora

Omega 3

Essential 1

Phytoceramides

CholestaCare

Coenzyme Q-10

Ultimate Eye Support [replacing the capsules my optometrist gives)

[I also space out, taking many hours apart, different times of day.]

Might seem a lot, but do not significantly overlap.

D3, for example, shows up in many, as does Biotin.

Essential 1 takes care of A LOT!

***So, I checked the actual ingredients on Hair, Skin, Nails (because who doesn't want to nourish those!), and there doesn't seem to be any ingredient I am not getting from the others?

@1Professor  - I always appreciate your perspective! Thank you for sharing your regime and approach regarding supplements.

I too evaluate on a regular basis supplements and skin care with the objective of tweaking my purchases/regime for max benefits, best value + no overlap.

I'm appreciate of Andrew holding prices steady for the past several years despite the increases in cost of goods + transportation.

Hope you continue to be well, stay safe - have a FABULOUS weekend 💝

@Chi-town girl   Well, I corrected my own thinking.

The scientist in me kicked in.

I had the "sense" that Hair, Skin, Nails had ingredients I was getting from my other Lessman supps.

But I took out my bottles, wrote down the exact levels of any ingredient in the Hair, Skin, Nails, then wrote down the levels in Essential 1, Phytoceramides, for example.

Wow.

While D3 is in many of Lessman's products (even co-Q-10), the Biotin in my Essential 1 is way lower than Hair, Skin, Nails.

5,000 mcg!

Then in last night's first Today's Special with Andrew, he explained why the greater # was important.

So, I am a believer.

Plus read the reviews.

More enthusiastic specific comments than any of his others, even.

Hair, Skin, Nails {600} of them are coming to my cottage.

*Also added to my diminishing supply of Essential C, which he said would run out during the day since some ingredients had been hard for them to get right now.

Smiles and health to all!

Procapslabs site has a vitamin calculator under the "Learn" tab. It lets you select all the AL supplements you take and tabulates all total amount, daily value % for each of the ingredients for the supplements you select.

@FLGators - that's a good resource, thank you!

@1Professor - I reordered both HHSN & Phytoceramides - annual supply!

Was tempted to order the EfficientC; TS price has expired - it was $129 for the 360.
