An Underarm Beauty Question....

As long as I can remember, I've never had smooth even-toned underarm skin.   Since I was a teen, I shaved my underarms until about 6 years ago when I started to epilate.  That was a good decision as I only get a few hairs that grow out now.  I thought epilating would give me smoother underarm skin, but it's pretty much still the same.  There are several You Tube videos out there and I've tried a few ideas, but nothing really helped.  Does anyone have a suggestions?

Re: An Underarm Beauty Question....

I've never had it done but there's a laser treatment done specifically for lightening the skin of armpits. This kind of thing is usually done at a laser clinic or a place where cosmetic procedures are done by either derms or professionals. These skin-lightening treatments are also done on other places on the body, too, just can't say it here.Woman Wink

I have a similar situation but have noticed that the epilation does seem to help after a longer period, I also noticed that the deodorant that you use seems to make a slight difference. Dove had advertised that their deodorant made underarms smoother. I tried it and it worked. I still alternate between that and Secret and the skin feels the same to me but improved.

I use a gentle body scrub in the underarm area.  It also helps to get all the sticky residue from weeks of using deodorant.

@GSPgirl   what a great idea. I used a Honey scrub this morning on my knee caps and elbows. Next time, I'll include under my arms.
