Alterna Caviar Perfect Volume & Texture Spray

Well, I certainly feel like an idiot. I watched the presentation for this "duo" of texture sprays a couple weeks ago and was excited to give it a try. I assumed it was a new product. Tried it for 3 days -- watched the presentation again -- and feel certain I am using it correctly. It did nothing as described. Boxed it up and returned, again frustrated at the shipping fees for an inferior product. There are now two reviews up that are bad.

So, today I was looking through my old orders as I was trying to find something from last year (2014). What do I find? I ordered this same texture spray, only it was offered in a single can. The reviews are horrible! 44 one-star reviews. Doesn't it seem like QVC packaged them up this year in a duo to get rid of them? I know this is my fault for not remembering I had already tried.

I have done similar things before, more than once!!

One time I was watching an attitudes by rene show and I ordered some pants. They had them in tall (which the Q rarely does), then after I placed my order it dawned on me that I had tried them already and returned them. I looked back and sure enough last year I bought 2 pairs, returned both because they came up to my armpits and I had even written a review!

also I have tried that Alterna stuff and I agree--no good!

I guess it's a good idea to go through old orders once in awhile to try to avoid this in the future! Glad I'm not the only one.

It is amazing the amount of hair care products that I have purchased that damaged my hair and I never even got the returned price for them. Jennifer Aniston's Living Proof was a major problem for me it burnt the heck out of my scalp.
