Almost vacation time!!

Hi Ladies...we will be going to Tucson and Sedona AZ in two short weeks and I was wondering what the weather is expected to be like and what we should pack. (what kind of outerwear is needed at night?) Any great resturants or site seeing reccomendations welcome too!!
